This is an excellent example of a VERY BAD review thread.
First, the company/business name isn't in the thread title. I thought this was a post in Tech Talk complaining about how an LED light doesn't output much light or something.
Second, the first post is a long-winded rant (including a sexual slur which netted the OP a 30 day pinking) about his/her experience with some business. It took me forever to figure out that he'd gotten the wrong light and wasn't given any customer satisfaction.
Third, the timeline isn't clear at all.
When you guys write a review thread, make it chronological. Make it clear. Don't get emotional - just state the facts.

Monday the 23rd - Still no muffler bearings - the telephone number for ABC ScamCo has been disconnected.
Monday the 30th - Got an E-mail from Mr. Freely re: muffler bearings. He says his shop was broken into the day I ordered, and all of their inventory cleared out, including their phones. Muffler bearings are apparently on back-order.
Monday the 6th - Email from Freely - bearings in stock and shipping tomorrow.
Monday the 13th - No bearings. Call to Freely to find out what the problem is - he shipped to wrong address. Says he has to wait for UPS to return bearings.
Monday the 20th - Call Freely to get refund so I can get bearings locally - he says that it's past 30 day refund policy, so he can't. Calling VISA.
Tuesday the 21st - VISA refunds my money. I check for ABC ScamCo on resellerratings.com and find out that they *gasp* scam people by stringing them along!
