new autozone radiator cap 0.9
new waterpump
new nismo thermostat
new coolant & flushed system
properly working clutch fan/radiator fan and a/c fan
properly bleed system
proper ducting (radiator panel both on top/bottom)
last i recall, my compression test numbers were 180 all across
coolant/oil not mixed

car typically overheats when under load, driving uphill for awhile, or longer drives

after the car's turned off for awhile the radiator hoses are swollen/pressurized, and they feel a lot hotter than normal (didn't happen on my other s14)
and my car gets warm/normal operating temps fast

Does the overflow tank work properly?

Did\how did you ensure proper coolant flow in radiator?

Have you done a leak down test?

try taking out the thermostat.
