did you search before posting this question? I remember when I was thinking about doing this, but I searched and found all my answers. Internal metal parts expand at higher temps, you want your engine to reach operating temp before you beat the shit out of it.

I search before posting any question thanks, I know how metal works and i always let it warm up completely until normal operating temperature before even moving the car, so back to the topic at hand
