thank you, just but before i do that, is there anyway way i can eliminate the turbo from the picture completely? in other words make sure its not just my turbo leaking? i know for a fact there is no oil in my hot pipe but is there a chane it can be blowing threw the exhaust side?

A leakdown will tell you which cylinder is the culprit, then it's up to you to determine what side by pulling the head. You can pour a little oil on top of the piston and let it pool up, if it's gone overnight there's your answer, it's the rings.

Remember, machine work is an art form, sometimes even the best guys make a slight error. Don't trust the work just because you feel confident in it, the slightest nick on a cylinder wall or an improperly seated ring can cause a leak.

Not really easy to tell, oil in the downpipe could be from either the engine or the turbo, but pulling the turbo will yield a better visual at least. I'd do a leakdown first since that's easy to do, if all four cylinders are within spec then it's more than likely the turbo anyway.
