tuning the motor, how high should rev limit be?

I've been working on my car for some time now and its almost getting to the point of being all back together and getting tuned. the question is when I have it tuned and a new rev limiter set, how high should it be? Brian Crower Valve Spring & Ti Retainer Kit (i think its BC200 or somthing)
rocker arm stoppers
greddy adjustable cam gears
power fc ecu
light weight pulleys
spitfire ignition system and coils
Circuit Sports Magnetic Oil Drain Plug
NGK Iridium IX Spark Plug, 7 Heat Range
Wix Z32 Fuel Filter
ISIS Intake Manifold
ISIS underdrive Crank Pulley
Peak Performance Thermal Intake Manifold Gasket
sard fuel presure regulator
fuel presure gauge
2.5" hot pipe
2 12" fans
adjustable fan controller
3" aluminum rad
nismo thermostat
bigger oil pan
oil cooler
new front timing cover and oil pump
front main seal

That turbo will run out of efficiency way before you over rev that motor, a good tuner will see when you are out of your power band, and set the limit just above that (about 1000RPMS) but you should note where your power band is, and keep that in mind when shifting.
