Impossible,

your talking about the CPS? camshaft position sensor?

I tossed my CAS in the garbage.

The ECU has nothing to do with a fuel pump relay. There could be a burn in any one of your harnesses, and you would almost have to strip the insulation to find it. Follow the FSM, your fuel pump relay/harness is fried, or your fried your fuel pump. I know you didnt change your fuel pump relay, did you order all new OEM relays from nissan? thats alot of money to throw at your car like that, so im assuming you didnt even check the relay;

Take a 10ga wire, attaching it to the + side of the batt, and the other side to the 12v side of the fuel pump harness, no prime, fuel pump or solders in the fuel pump retaining housing. Primes, your relay is bad or your harness.

Simple as that, ECU is fine

Check the FSM, it will walk you through how to trace where the break is, there is a connector on the alternator, and also a 12v ring connection that you can have go directly to your battery (fused I hope)
