Throwout bearing as applicable to the transmission used is the way it usually is.

I have the White Bunny setup in my car and that is what I did with no problems. I'm not sure how far from that what you're doing is, but I cannot imagine it being too too different.

okay so the throw out bearing that would need to be used is a 240sx one not a 350z one since it applies to the tranny not the clutch being used?
