Are you looking for Q45 in specific or are you just looking to do manual belts? If you're only looking for manual belts, you can get just about any kind of manual seat belt as long as you use the Nissan bolt to put it back together.

I have manual belts from a Subaru Impreza 2.2, haha.

Yes, just looking to do manual belts.
Supposedly Q45 belts fit into an S13 perfectly, better than S14 ones, so I am just looking to do as little work as possible, haha.
