I don't think it will ever change. We have transients (no offense transient) who post stupid questions, find/don't find what they want, and never come back. Or they just browse which is cool.

The only thing would be some sort of a filter for key phrases. Kind of how they have for the bad language. It would just blank out what they said or just close the thread automatically.
