Thats one sexy ride!

Anywho, the side skirts look like the stock jdm ones.

The wing looks like a stock wing from a 180sx.

Someone correct me if im wrong.

As for the bumper...i have no clue.

The rear bumper is by Super Aero Costume Regulus.

This is their site: http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/regulus-pro/, although they do not show the Silvia S13 rear bumper in the pics. However, it is indeed their kit.

Edit: It's not "wut", but "what"... It's just one extra letter, dude
