Am I on the right track?

I have a stock 96 zenki with an s13 sr20det motor.

This is the mods I plan on doing by the end of the month.. I want to build a reliable 300-325 HP motor.

t28 ball bearing turbo,
z32 MAF
550CC injectors
FMIC

I was thinking about getting a Power FC but does anyone else have any suggestions?

Power FC would be the way to go for tuning, but I don't think you aren't going to hit 300 whp with a t28.
