Yeah no problems with wheels on, and it was only the passenger side that the rotor could move some with the caliper still on top of it. It maybe normal for all I know, just strange one side did it and other didn't. Hope I'm explaining clearly what happen.
Took two screw drivers and placed them up against the rear of the rotor, to use as leverage to push the shields back. In doing so it scooted the the rotor forward on the passenger side, but couldn't slide completely off cause of the caliper. However when I put the wheel back on the rotor sits back in place against the hub.
