VLSD and Final drive Questions

I have a j30 diff on my s14 right now with a 1jz and it works pretty well for the power I am making 440rwhp but I am building a 2jz on the side and upgrading to a much bigger single. so I am going to need a longer rear end. I need to know if its possible to run an s14 obx or s15 lsd and replace the VLSD inside the j30 pumpkin.and also if it is possible to run the 3.62 Final drive from the z32 turbo. which im sure you all know is the r230

Yes, if you have access to an S14 or S15 pumpkin to pick spare parts from.

It is NOT possible to run a R230 230mm ring gear inside an R200 200mm case. The ring gear won't physically fit inside the case.

It is possible to run an R230 pumpkin but you will need to do fabrication to fit.

You can get a 3.5-3.6 R200. You can also get a 3.1 R200.
