Partly sunny...cool temp, probably around 40ish degrees Farenheit. You can also google the area too. If you're referring to the area, it's alright. There's a track that we can go to about 30 minutes away on the expressway. Tokyo is much better. More shops/garages/tuners/factories/people.

dang thats pretty cold

im sure tokyo would have more of those things due to it being a bigger city

anyone visit or stay in osaka?
