oh ok i see now. ok remove the coilover(s) completely from the car. throw it horizontally in a vice between some soft flat wood or something to protect it. leave the lower mount end sticking out so it will be able to turn and not be stuck in the vise. crank the vise down. smack the lower mount along where the threaded body is with a deadblow, or gently tap it with a hammer. the vibrations can help loosen the threads. stick a long, sturdy thick shank screwdriver, metal rod, or something of that nature through the lower shock mount hole to get some mechanical advantage and turn that sucker loose. worst case scenario, use a pipe wrench. all it takes is a couple threads to be mucked up to seize the lower mount on there.
