a 16cm isnt going to spool quick... a 9cm bep will however. H1C is smaller than a HX35. It'll flow between 46(smaller ones) and 52lb/min - and good for about 500whp at best.
the .70 bep t3 housing is the best option. The HX35 is from the late 90s - early 90s were H1C.
