My roommate hooked up the terminals on my battery i relocated into my s13, and i hooked up the wires under the hood and he did the battery, well it got dark and we went to jump it off and the terminals were backwards. well it fried something and now i am lost. What should i start replacing? and of course i put the terminals in the right place now.

Turns over doesn't mean its running.... see if there is a diag light when the car is in the on position..... but check your fusings, and stop cranking it.....

red is positive (+)
black is negative (-) now. rewind time. address this. for now, keep checking fuses dude. if that 75A main fried... it saved a good bit of the car |

Yup.... here is a list of O FUCK things that could have happened...
Fried ECU Fried Wires in the Loom Fried MAFS Fried Eggs Fried Starter Fried Alternator or Starter (Rare though) Fried Relays.... Trust me I blew my Alternator which I think is the 75A be dropping a 10mm wrench on my starter which contacts POSI and NEG and it fried my ecu..... You have a whole hell of a lot of tracing.... Not much anyone can do for you short of going out there and diagnosing it for you.... Check your Cabin Fuses too....

you get a multimeter out and test if they have voltage.... check your lights on the ecu... check for relays to see if when the on position you hear the fuel pump prime.... but yeah if you dunno your ins and outs of the SR, you better get someone local who knows.
Figuring this out is your worst nightmare trust me.....

First when you turn the key on, do you hear the fuel pump prime. If not check fuel pump fuse and relay.
Then turn off and turn back on and listen for a relay click in the front. If hear click that is good otherwise check two blue relays near the passenger fender near the passenger light. Then have a friend, pull a coil and ground it to a screw driver across your valve cover. Don't be stupid and hold the screw driver. Check for spark. If no spark probably your ignitor or ignition ground on the back of the firewall. Also could be your ignition fuse. This could also be your ecu Check your ecu light to see if it is on, I believe its on when the ecu is live. Also check power wires on the plug that goes into the ecu. Look for wire diagram, if not its a problem with your flt alt fuse and your ECM fuse. Check voltage on the mafs to see if you you are getting voltage there.... Your ecu controls EVERYTHING fuel pump prime, ignition, cranking.... etc... Pull your fuses and test for continuity = beeeeeeepppppp..... when the key is on.... Check the voltage on your battery too at the end if it ain't cranking over.... Otherwise if none of those help, you better just pull apart your wire loom and check continuity in each part of your harness.....

Cool,i will do all of those im the morning. I also am running all of this straight off of a truck battery in a f150 that uses a battery that use to crank a 454. The battery in the car is completely SHOT. Ordering a new one soon so i dont have to relocate. If anyone else has some ideas let me know. I appreciate all of this greatly.

I can tell you this the previous owner of my car did the same fucking thing. The 75amp alt fuse blew and your ignitor blew. The ignitor is a negative ground so when it saw positive through the circuit it blew. Get a new one then have fun motoring.

replace the ignitor fuse or the ignitor its self? i wasnt sure if it has a fuse or not. Let me know how to do this. I will try to use the multimeter on other things later

I Pm'd you, replace the whole ignitor. Mine was doing the same thing. The multimeter wont tell you anything about the ignitor though.
