i remember soem time ago along your string of unfortunities you mentioned you were beign sued... well now i too have fallen into that hole and i was wondering what came of yours and what was your course of action... by the way, some loony lady is trying to tag me for $1,000,000.....hahahahahah... good fucking luck |

i think drifter mentioned it before.... maybe i hallucinate...
i mentioned before that when i was a minor i was a little of a devil... anyways it's a long story... but i hit her "car" with a plain-jane washable paintball, her statement to the court - 2 years ago - has that it sounded like a pebble hitting her car and she was mortified, she lost her sex drive, cant sleep, questions the point of waking in the morning, etc... anyways the judge laughed and tossed it out... my accompliss got his papers a year ago... ijust got mine now, and both our names are on it... plus... i havent really gotten it... they called my grandma's restaurant looking for me, but i dont live in that city any more, but they went to my house there and gave the papers to my mom... so i havent even seen them, but what can you do... it's an ambulance chase... cant get water from a stone or some shit like that |

Just in case...you should hire a private eye to record her getting laid and being a generally happy and cheerful person....i dont know the legality of that...but private investigators can do all that cool shit
someone tried suing me because my dog attacked him and he supposedly "was unable to perform his job functions" (he was a realtor and had to walk people through houses) I video taped him jogging <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> fortunately he died before it made it to court*....so sad *no i didn't off him |

Bogislaw Nowak... i thought it was a guy at first... but it didnt even ding her car... no damage, nothing... an dall the cops did was lie, and abuse their duties... they said all this shit i dont even want to repeat... it's a real good thing i have no respect for them or i might have been scared, i had a huge smile in the courtroom the next day and pretended to cry at sentencing... 1 year proby and a letter of apology.. if you ask me i still got to much... |

I had some guy call our store wanting us to install a whole shitload of periferals for him 'cause his old ones wouldn't work w/ winXP. I told him to download drivers, he says he's not in that business. I say sure we can get them set up, $99.97 service charge. He says he could swallow it and pay or call his attorney. I transfer him to my boss. He says "Have your attorney contact our attorneys" Still, nowhere near as good as $1 million dollars for washable paintballing a car. Honest to god, 9 out of 10 cases I hear like that, you counter sue for defamation of character and harrassment, especially after the case was already thrown out... I wouldn't do it for a million, but you throw 10g's at her in a case that you have a much better chance of winning, and maybe she will shut her dumb fucking mouth. Anyways... aren't you canadian? Cause I know here in canada (unlike the states) you lose the case and you have to pay the court costs for both sides.

This is not intended as legal advice, but here are some things to consider:
1. If she is suing under the same actions for the same claim that she has already taken to court, she is barred by res judicata (you only get one chance to prove someone guilty/liable) (note - if the prior action was criminal and this one is civil, she may proceed and get a judgment a la OJ Civil Trial). 2. How long ago was this? There is usually a statute of limitations (generally two years for personal injury) that prevents a claimant from waiting years before filing a claim. 3. You can't get water from a stone. You sound "judgment proof" to me. Don't win the lottery or they take it, but they can't take your basic necessities and most judgments expire after a set number of years. I'd talk to a lawyer if I were you - I'd bet you could be out of this thing pretty quick and easy. |

I say you show up at court. Give that stupid "woman" the finger and walk on out... of course that would never be so easily and you'd prolly get fined and all kinds of other crap but its always nice to imagine one's self doing such a thing. :-)

hey try to get your homeowner policy involved... i am still being sued but i dont know what is happening....
u cant draw blood from a stone.... plus it is very funny.... i dont think she will get much if anything. ... lawyers are very expensive, does she have any amount she will settle for? if it is like $5000 or so just give it to the bitch...... i think u should have a friend hook up with her and bang her.... how can a woman loose her sex drive? they just lay there and get laid.... she probably losted it cuz she hit menopause (cant spell) if she wins then rob her ass everyweek to get your money back hahha ok... girls dont be offended but i feel that most men does not care how the women feels abt sex drives and how well the female performs as long as the man gets off..... i know i care but most men dont (Edited by drifterx at 12:16 pm on Feb. 13, 2002) |
