doesn't matter, fit is the same, same exact part. no modification required.
get a t stat for a 93 300zx TT and it's the same as your rb20, rb25, rb26, old, shneo, or whatever. make sure you install it correctly and with the bleeder wobbly deelio at the top. and when you're adding coolant take the bleeder screw out of the intake manifold (10mm) so it fills all the way up with little air pockets. look for the little clip that has one wire coming out of it(its one of the 2 sensors there). that is the sensor that sends signal to the coolant temp guage on your dash. anyways i used that as my bleeder ... works the same.
