usualy line colapsing is in the hose (rubber section) of the brake line. Primarily caused by degradation of the rubber from age. if your car is lowered you might (although highly unlikely) have damaged your hardlines check them for dents and flat areas the length of the car. if the hose is colapsed you need to replace it with either a factory rubber hose or a braided steel hose depending on you budget and preference. Was there anything that was done to the car (modifications? sent to a shop?) that coincided with the beginning of the problem? that might give you a better idea of where to begin looking on the vehicle.
