The friday and saturday are being finalized.

Friday evening, night. The meet and greet.
The original place we wanted it was trying to pay ALOT of their years rent off of our one night it seemed like, lol.
Plus, all the cars would have to be in some deep end of the parking lot.
The commity, and i completely agree, decided this wasnt good for our cars, and didnt want a large portion of the funds sucked up that way.

Saturdays convention day is being put together.
we believe we have a good spot thats decently close to WSIR, has shade, bathrooms, and is more then a big parking lot.

Sunday is at Willow springs.
Drift on Budweiser Balcony course, and Grip on HTM.

Friday will be something fun and interactive.
Saturday will be great, and the newer venue we are working on securing will be much better for everyone involved.

And since we are putting drift on the balcony, we arent as worried about people damaging their cars in ways that would make it difficult to get them home.
And to the grip guys on HTM, make sure your cars are running cool.
That 11% grade every lap doesnt help keep those turbos cool


As it filters in, we will keep you all posted.
should have a little BLOG to centralize updates done by this weekend.
And should be taking payments in a few weeks here.

What's this roughly looking like cost wise? I can make those dates, but I just want to plan ahead as much as possible. Especially if I'm going to be driving down.

Not at all a legit source.
I am only handling the media and all the filming and video.

But at the last meeting the other week, it was looking like $250-$300ish.
We are working to keep it affordable for everyone.
The exacts will be posted within the next month.

Would be great if you could make that drive.

Absolutely.
so bring pop ups, umbrellas or hats and shades.
The grocery store and rite aid and all that is 10 minutes down the main road from the track.
just make sure your cars are ready and that you wear sunscreen
