no, only a bad bearing or other brake issues can do that. it could however get worn enough to come out of it's socket, though. it will pull if its really worn causing the toe to be quite off

I would say check to make sure the caliper is not hanging up. Maybe check your brake pads to look for hints of un-even wear which may be causing lock up. If everything is good maybe master?

check the pressure and see how much pressure your caliper is pushing on each side. If you don't have the tool then go to a shop have them check it

not sure if you solved your problem yet but I had very similar problem comes out that the tension rod bracket was busted allowing the assembly to move so I put on a nismo power brace and new tension rods and problem solved so check for that too.

Fix your busted suspension components and rebuild your 20+ year old calipers then get back to us if you still have a problem. You'd have to be a psychic to tell what was wrong with your self-admittedly busted setup.

Way to bump an old thread. I noticed that I have no front passenger sway bushing plus I need to get front tires. I need a sticker tire. My front calipers were sticking replaced them defiantly better. Still locking let you know how it goes.
