its w.e if he dosnt want it i have a few peeps tryn to check it out asap but really a salvage title isnt that bad you can get a new clean title if you get it inspected by the dmv and yes it will pass inspection btw.....

I believe they will give your car a REBUILT title not a CLEAN title. It just means you got it inspected and it passed the inspection.

No its not. A clean title means nothing has happened to it, unless something happened but was not on record. A rebuilt title means something HAS happened to it, for example a front end collision...
