$25 Starbucks gift card for both my mom and my girlfriends mom. Along with probably a card or something nice, maybe some flowers (cheap ones)

taking her and my aunts and grandma to a fancy steak place...put it this way...roughly...40 bucks a plate...but the quality...is amazing...

If money is an issue, the old fashioned cooking for mom is a good idea and you can even top it off with giving her a massage. Or take her to get her nails or hair done.

With most women, anything that you give that is hand-made is more dear to the heart since it's more intimate/personal. But regardless of whatever you decide, it definitely won't go unappreciated, especially by your own mother.

I'm looking for some ideas for my wife. This is her first mothers day. Not sure what to get her. She's not much into expensive jewelry and stuff.

You should make her a collage. The baby's ultrasound photos, pics of you and her together, of the baby, etc. Put it all together and frame it.

That sounds like a pretty awesome idea to me. haha I'm sure she'd love that.

i got my mom a braclet last yr this year im going to get her flowers a card with cash in it she can do what ever she wants and she better not put it in my bank account! like she does when i give her my checks so i can help pay for bills.
