300zx MC

i have a 300zx brake kit, but it didnt come with the 300zx master cylinder. Can i just order on from the dealer? does the year of the car or na/turbo matter? please help quick, gotta order all the parts at once! thanks

Get the one thats 17/16ths (1 and 1/16) preferably. Any of them would work fine tho.

CourtesyNissan.com has them new, Autozone/Pep Boys/etc probably has them rebuilt. Car-parts.com has links to junkyard inventories (got mine for $35).

the dealer i called said there was a bunch of options but no sizes so im gonna go to pep boys or something, thanks alot

hows ur pedal feel mine is hard and only like a 1/2" and they are almost fully locked up, it seems like they engauge too fast? are any of yours likes this?

just to make it easier on you check 90-91 turbo or NA Z32, 30P02, will get you a tokico 17/16 one. there seems to be an endles variety but Im pretty sure they are all the same (anti skid, non anti skid, tokico, some other brand???).

it just seems like they never fully lock up though, i can never get it to skid, and when i hit the brake hard you can see the brake booster flex/bow out, i just dont think it moves in the master far enough, like the master might be bad? what would be a sign of a bad master cyl.?
