Heat wrap can cause cracks in cheap headers or turbo manifolds. If its a cheap CX racing one or something like it do not wrap it. But the tomei sr20det manifold can handle the heat.

Juts run a heat sheild and you will be ok. If you want you can gold thermal wrap the master cylinder and be even better off.
