If you google erg bloc off plate there are CAD drawings with dimensions that you can bring to a machine shop

ummm...is this a joke? lol I have seen worse blocks off attempts made though I must say! lol This attempt keep the egr on the manifold, and you would have been way better to just make a plate and silicone and bolt to cover whole(but youd still have ugly egr on mani.)

What the originator of this thread is looking for is a total egr delete which requires a squid shaped plate and a gasket is usually provided for secureness, simply bolt into factory egr position and bam, safe, clean, and reliable!!! I have made a few squid cutouts by hand, and also had a few done locally at machine shops. The time of labor to do yourself, or paying a machine shop to make...costs more than just ordering them thru a reliable vendor. I have just stocked up on them thru a vendor so I dont have to waste time when these jobs come into my shop!

myfirstbuild- Your Welcome!
