when lowering ur car, the camber and toe change, u are correct. Adjustable arms are used to correct that, give stiffer feeling, and just overall more adjustajustability then stock, with coil overs the distance between the spring perches doesnt nessary change the toe and camber, its how far up the tire is sitting. Some one can have a longer spring, and more room inbetween the perches, then someone with a shorter spring, but can still ride at the same height, get what im saying?
