Fair enough...

But I'll add, that as a long time enthusiast in the field...I've seen a KA show ~15 degrees (and bouncing around between 15 and 20) on a timing light, and go to ~20 (steady) as soon as the TPS was unplugged.

That's my dos centavos...YMMV.
