I'd imagine ticket fares still increasing to cover the airline's costs of installing these seats as well as additional fuel to transport more passengers per flight. i would hate to be cramped up like that even for a short trip.

do you have to sit slanted like that? that looks more uncomfortable than when i had to fly home from hong kong.

i was sandwiched between my father, who is an overweight 200+lb man, and another fat guy who was at least 250lbs for 15+ hours! i also had a case of montezumas revenge and both of them were wide and hogged the armrest, but i made it back without shitting my pants!
