I'm not sure what I was expecting previous to watching this, but the first episode makes it abundantly clear that this is gonna be Saturday Morning Cartoon fodder. It's not bad, just don't expect this anime to be deep and/or gritty. The Intros/Outros and music suck ass though, much like American cartoons.
