Well, they delayed but it says this holiday season still... Maybe a month max, but ive had this game preordered since the ps3 first came out and they announced GT5. I can wait a little bit longer.

I sold my xbox off shit forza for this. I bought a PS3 waiting for this game. I can wait knowing that it will be better then anything Turn10 will come out with.

even if it take another year i will be getting GT5

i read somewhere that it will be pretty good, not need for speed style but it will allow more for a good amount of the cars.

GT4 had the Chapparal 2J in it.

The red bull concept video is horrible. Looks like a need for speed game when its flying around the track without braking.

I think its pretty cool, kind of like looking 100 years in the future at F1 racing.

Oh look. Another "original" idea from a early 90's anime.

Future GPX Cyber Formula. and the car was the super asurada 01. The car utilized ducted fans to keep it planted and a body design that's very similar short of the tyrrel throwback 6 wheeels.

Maybe they could just finish the game. I don't see any reason that this red bull advertisement is a "requirement" for the game to feel finished.

From their site on Oct. 13th:

It was announced today that Gran Turismo 5 will not be available this November 2nd as originally announced, but the game will be coming this holiday season.

We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay. Creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are all confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches.

Check back here on the official Gran Turismo website for further updates.

im scared that the game is gonna suck or at least not be as good as it should be. i cant shake the feeling that the damage thing is gonna ruin the game

I think I'm going to sell my 360 and all my games and controllers towards a ps3.

The ONLY thing that makes me hesitate is the possibility of a Shadow Complex sequel. But then again it should come out on pc.

From what I've seen of the damage it'll only add to the immersive game experience. Much better than Forza's damage modeling from what I've seen. It should also keep people online from just using guardrails as berms, scraping past you on the outside.
