I found something last month on a link for a 6-speed transmission for our cars but I can't remember were? Does anyone know anything about it? ^speed tranny would be NICE! If I'm not mistaken I thinkit was around $3000. I'm not sure though if it's for KA,SR or CA engine either.

But How does the s15 tranny work on our cars? any clue? Obviosly an SR has to be swapped to accomidate that tranny. And would the s15 tranny work on a s13 SR?

The S15 has a 6 speed transmission for SR, I know Trust & Nismo make aftermarket 6 speed transmissions for SR among some other companys, I just dont know who

I dont know of anyone who makes a 6 speed for the KA, I have heard of people that build custom transmissions for race cars etc. but if you did that your transmission would cost twice as much as your car.

you can swap the front bellhousing and any SR tranny will fit the KA. your problem becomes the S15 speed sensor is in the rear diff and not the tranny like S13 and S14s..

it was on FA a month or so ago, i guy that lives in japan got a HKS 6 speed from his wife for christmas. go over there and search for "my girlfriend is fired" thetll bring it up. topic is something like "present installed" or something.

hey Zero.counter, I'm pretty sure it was not a sequential transmission. Maybe it was. I guess if I come across it again I'll take a closer look.

Actually, HKS makes a 6 speed manual transmission for all sr20 engines.

Holy shit that reverse would be wrecked w/in a week! That looks like it'd be really solid shifting though. Does anybody know the gear ratios?
