S13 power passenger window won't roll up

Hey guys,

My passenger window worked this afternoon long enough for me to roll it down, but now it won't go anywhere. I took the door panel off and tested the wiring as you can see in the video below. Can anyone confirm that it's the power window motor?

EDIT: embed code isn't cooperating, here is a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPxQUFoL-4U

Thanks.

Keeping in mind that neither side driver or passenger controls would raise/lower the window.
I'm getting 12v through the voltmeter everywhere.
Pulled the motor and ran 12 volt directly to the motor and it spins fine.
I took apart the passenger side switch and couldn't find any obvious problems, except it just didn't work.

But I figured out why it wasn't working, I can't get a good ground. The switch has a 5 wire harness: the white wire in the middle is +12v, the green / blue wires signal the motor and polarity and the two striped wires are ground. If I ran a separate ground from the striped wires to the seat bracket, the switch works fine.

I can't find any obvious problems with the harness up until the door. It got too late to go any further.

While I look over schematics, has anyone else had this problem?

Check your wiring between the door and body. I had a problem with my speakers cutting out on occasions and the wires had rubbed raw from opening and closing the door

If the motor spins its obviously fine. Can you hear the motor spin when you push the button? If not its a power issue/windows locked/ or switch problem.
If you can hear the motor then its the regulator or window itself is off track.
Friends been dealing with his s14 power windows for a year now. We've literally replaced everything and the motors still keeping frying out.
