Leaks around hatch seal s13

I already replaced the weather stripping, but i'm still getting considerable amount of leakage in some spots coming out of the rear pillars.

Is there some sort of rubberish compound I can spread between where the weather stripping is and the border of the side rear windows, if that makes any sense. This would be a temp fix during the rainy season. it just started raining here and i dont want water getting in!!
