Auto to manual conversion, is this right?

Here is some pics of my friends auto-manaul Sr20det conversion.
Car will not start just makes a clicking noise inside the right fuseable links box. I don't think he did this stuff right, please look at the pics and tell me if something is wrong. Also a bunch of plugs don't have a home, but I have no clue which 1's. If you guys could please help me on this I would really apreciate it, I have read threw other posts about this but I'm not the smartest guy on earth and they just don't make sense, I have to have pics and see an example. The car is all done but this.

Here is another set off plugs. Are these the 1's that are supposed to be connected? I have no clue and he already connected the others before we go any farther I wanted to know if these are the 1's that are supposed to be.

That goes to the power steering line. It's a pressure switch that makes the engine idle higher at full lock.

That probably goes to the footwell lights.

Do they have to be plugged in? I hope not since I don't even have power steering.
