I believe S13 Silvia's came factory with them. Kinda rare in the states I think I've only seen a handful on 240SX Coupes.

A must have for Coupe owners!

i dont have it, mine holds coins, but if you pull the whole assembly out it can fit mcdonalds drinks really well

I believe they only came on K's Silvia's the Q's didn't have them, but ya I've seen a few k's without them also so IDK, mighta been optional

Just curious, but what exactly are you guys using to search for these parts, in Yahoo auctions Japan? I guess what Im asking, is what search phrases. For example, "S14" didn't give me much, in the way of rare parts.

You can use a service like bidjdm or fromjapan.

Yea, my Silvia came with that too. It has window visors, and seat belt holders? too.

I guess you basically have to wade through the crap. Real time biding is a pretty sweet website.

By the way, I love that S13 HUD. Would like to see someone incorporate that into an S14.

HUD was an option on the S14 in Japan.

Not that I know of. I think even the lowest entry level trims came with power w/m/l.

Maybe some of the early (CA18) cars came with manual but I haven't seen proof of that.

It says something about "turbo switch" after the Light Reduce. Could it be a low boost switch? I'll have to refer to my brochures but I don't think it's mentioned in there.

This is neat. S14 rear window shade screen.

googled "light reduce" and nissan and came up with this:

According to the antepenultimate post, it controls a headlight feature that turns off the headlights when the car is stopped (but keeps the parking lights on), and turns them back on when you start to move. I assume it is for city driving, so that if you are stopped in traffic or at a light, your headlights don't blind other drivers.

I got mine to fit in LHD. Only the bottom right bolt lines up but its sturdy and is far more comfortable then the USDM dead pedal!
