i dont think you have to buy new brake lines but the stock 240 ones arent strong enough. you will also need an adapter for the calipers to hook up. those can be bought at projectsilvia.com or other sites. usually when u get a junkyard caliper you rebuild them. go to an auto store and get a caliper rebuild kit. that will come with all the nessary seals and shit. good luck

also id upgrade the master cylinder too.
