SR Electrical problems. PLEASE HELP

The car starts and idles fine however once its started the accessory devices battery devices (gauges, radio, dome light, etc) do not turn on until i rev the car up then every thing turns on

once i shut the car off even with the key in the "on" position (engine off) everything mentioned previously stays off, ofcourse until i start the car and rev it once.

the car also breaks up a lil bit around 4-5k when i floor it but drives fine otherwise.

all of these things just started happening once i left my car home over thanksgiving break and came back now

any ideas? please be as specific as possible if you can
