Ace bought a 70k mile (or something fairly low) for $500. You can basically think of $2k for a kit, like the $2k for a sr motorset, and then the $500 for a low mileage KA like the shipping cost on the motor (well.. for me on the East Coast.)

My turbo install took 4 days the first time, of looking for funny bolts, pondering, thinking, ect, in redneck town USA (Avon Park). Then when I blew my motor, it took an hour to remove every piece of the turbo kit, and then 2.5 hours to put the kit back on (and re-tap the oil pan, every step of the 4 day process). And that included bieng in a city and getting nice Stainless versions of the previously unfindable bolts, installing a front mount and piping, ect. It's very quick if you know what you're doing. And a few hours searching online to get the best prices on parts..

Huh........

I like the idea of the S14 cams, considering that + 3" exh, High flo cat, etc is what is suposidly in the car. I know for a fact that the exhaust and Fresh air are done I did all that myslef. I plan on moving the battery to the rear of the car. I dont see how it could be COLD air intake considering it has to go across the radiator (doesnt make sense to me) and the best path would be to remove the battery and make the intake come from the passenger lower side of the car. Just some food for thought. I am also wanting to do a S15 conversion that shit just looks great. I like the headlights I dont like the ones I have I was never a fan of the flip up HL. But there again is a good arguement or discussion where to get it????

please do not go s15...but that is just my opinion..lol..i think it looks horrible...worse then your car now.....go JDM Kouki 180sx if you want anything...it is the hottness!

also, keep in mind that you wont be running your intake to where your battery is once you go turbo...as the intake will be on the exhaust side of the car since it goes directly to the turbo...

you will, however, need to move your battery anyway for the intercooler piping so you might as well do it now i guess...

It's S13 cams. The intake side is 240* and the exhaust is 248*. You'd need 1 exhaust cam cuz you have the s13 head already. If you do plan on a swap/turbo you shouldn't worry about the air intake. If you notice around the driver side engine bay, up front, there is a small hole in the sheetmetal and thats where a cold air drop goes. The filter sits in the bumper area. S15 convo are all over ebay, and you can search google for some better kits.

This is for stunters. Why repaint your bike when you dump it when you can go to the local fabric store and buy some crazy ass zebra striped shit or bear fur or leopard fur. And yes I am subject to this craze also I will post a pic of my last bike that was all furred out so you can get a good laugh. But it was cool as hell and fun to get a look at. Especially when my buddys mom has a scanner and was hearing about a chase one night that a cop was in a high speed chase with a zebra...... 178mph and I never saw him again. Needless to say I changed the fur the next day....

Again also with the old lady she loves the camera.... Not so good pics though these were in the gerage with shitty light.... LOL!!!!

Ok what is the deal on this.....

s13 redtop sr20det motor set includes motor, tranny, harness, ecu, ignitor chip, silvia or sohc ka maf. these are kept in stock in our Virginia based shop. $2400

Good deal or ???? and what the hell is the difference in red top, black top, etc.... what is a ignitor chip???

as for that motor...if it was me i'd get a clip...i don't like motor sets..never know what you are gonna need...nice to have it all sitting right next to your car...plus makes for a nice visual aid...

nah..it's not much more then that...you can get one to you for around $2500..

to me, it's like...you're missing a hose? ok you have an extra...need a sensor..oh shit, i have an extra...hmmmm how does this go in?..well let me look at how it came out...u know?..plus you should be able to put a battery in a clip and crank it...can't do that with a motor set...i guess i just like to err on the side of caution if it's a matter of a couple hundred dollars when i'm already spending so much...
