looks good i have the xcessive manifold, on my ka-t as well, get rid of that fitting that comes off of the water neck, its a pita to get that hose to run to the back of the thermostat housing, i've been working with xcessive on a new design based on my suggestions, and that was one of them. You will notice when you put the rest of your front cover together that you have absolutely no room in between that fitting and the heater hose return. I am running my hose from the back of the thermostat housing to a tee fitting in the heater hose line that comes off of the block with no problems. That's how Rich from xcessive recommended to run it.
