Hahahahaha it's the same for me when I join French servers at Le Mans. As soon as I enter I always hear them say in French, "Fuck, a stupid American just joined the room... what should we do, kick him?" And it always gets them off guard when I reply to them in French. Then they're like, "Oh, you're French? Wheeww.... okay you're cool then."

Haha shit is hilarious.

finally got back to my apartment with internet, drifted online with killer some last night, its been too long...

i spent fucking a zillion dollars on the formula gran turismo car and i cant even win the races, waste of money. Now i'm broke and cant built new drift cars.

How do you know if the japanese servers are drift servers or not?

I got PS3 and GT5 for Christmas, finally getting the hang of drifting. I think I saw Killer last night and few other guys. I'm usually drifting a Red Levin or Teal S15.

Change to "All" for regions and look for any room where the host has a Japanese flag next to his name and the room name contains either the characters ドリフト or ドリ。

I just go to "all" in the regions, and set the track to tsukuba, and look for a room limited to comfort tires. It's pretty hit or miss but usually works for me.

On another note, did you guys know that you can gift cars to friends without you losing it from your garage? I entered another French room at Monza and they started driving F1s, I didn't have one so a guy gave one to me! I offered to give it back at the end of the race and he was like "No, keep it, I copied it before I gave it to you... just press the 'Eject' button on the PS3 the second you hit 'OK' when gifting it. It sends it to your friend but since you ejected it it won't have time to save your game, thus you'll still have the car."

Legit.

I want Le Mans cars. Anyone? I have the Panoz Esperante, F10 Formula 1, and I'll have the CLK GTR soon to trade.

It's not that they leave/kick you. You just lag out of the room. It'll happen every now and then.

But LOL at not lining up. They always line up with me.

yeah idk why .. there was a pair of 2 in front of me.. and then i got behind that pair.. and saw someone coming up behind me but they just parked wayyyy behind be and after the pair left i pulled up to there position and waited for like 4 mins for someone to pull up and just took off by my self.

Yeah cuz it said gtr or nsx or somthing .. and my nsx wasnt in my favorites so i couldnt choose it . so i left and put it on my favs.

That was just the name of the room, but we were actually just racing whatever. I did that race in my Porsche 911. The race right before that we did Le Mans in Le Mans cars. It was legit.

I've stopped joining American rooms because I'm tired of their bullshit. I started joining European and Japanese rooms now. lol.
