im pretty familiar with the law and if you still have it in your possession but it is being impounded it usually is due to registration or lack there of.

edit: multiple license violations can cause this too.

lol, is that the law over there? then whey even let you have possession of the car. down here you could sell it to an exporter and that thing will be getting driven around by some dude in Jamaica in 3 days.
