Leaky Injector

well my ecu is a e5 and my car works fine with it, but i put this power fc and my car just cranks.... the commander doesnt even turn on.... well i guess my blacktop dont like it...lol oh well if anyone has any ideas on what i might be missing please let me know...

Defective unit?
blacktop/redtops should be interchangeable... the only difference would be the 02 sensor afaik. I'd also like to learn more about this.
