It's probably your slide pins that are seized. Those things your caliper bolts onto... They're supposed to move FREELY, like with just one finger. The slide pins are attached to your caliper bracket. You'll probably need to break them loose and clean the shit out of them as well as the holes they slide into on your caliper bracket., Re-lube them with really good high temp brake grease ( just a little you don't want a vacuum forming from all the grease), and get new boots for them if they're torn.

if you badly scored / fucked up your slide pins while getting them out, just buy a set of new ones. They're like 8 bucks for each corner.
