So 150 for the ECU alone and no conv. harness? How much for the conv. harness?

Is this assuming the problem is the actual ECU and not the wiring conversion itself?, any troubleshooting on your part to confirm this?

I heard that Jason(emance) is trying to gain his trust back. so i hope this is solved. i have my own share of experience with emance. NEVER CHEAP OUT ON FUEL AND TUNE!

that looks odly familiar to my ecu and harness that I purchased from jason at emance. I sent my ecu to him and he tuned it but when I got it back it didnt work so I sent it back and he said the daughterboard is bad. It has been 4 months since then and I have tried to contact him and NO reply. Very aggrivating.... anyway, just thought i would point that out because that really does look just like the one I sent him.

the price is for both. Should've specified, A price for just the one item can talked about.

The only troubleshooting I did was plugging in the ecu into a s13 that had the same stuff, the car would not start.

I asked for a refund and hasn't replied back, so this is what I'm gonna have to do. I would've never bought this in the first place had I known about his checkered past.

A little over a month ago, he billed me $200 wich I paypaled him, then about 3 weeks later I recieved my ecu I'n the mail with the daughterboard he had for it with an email of him telling me he does not tune s14 ecus, then a week later a member on here was selling his emance tuned s14 ecu for my exact setup for $175 lol. I told Jason and after another week of waiting he replied with, I'll tune it for u for another $125 plus the cost of shipping the ecu lol. He's a scumbag msn sorry for ur luck. Sad thing about it is I knew his rep and all the negative shit, talked to him n he assured me there would be no probes, n he still took me for a ride

^^^ wow really crazy stuff!!! I got my tune from Jason and honestly this was like 2 months ago, and my car is running really good and pulls stupid hard!!! S14 w/s13 ecu tuned for the stuff under my hood, been very happy, and have still been in contact with him... Real cool nice guy..

I'm glad you guys got were able to get a decent tune out of him. Unfortunely that doesn't seem to be the case with the majority of his former clientele. In the grand scheme of things I'm just gonna consider it as paying the piper. No big deal.
