Can't seem to find much info on the coilovers themselves and the springs are pretty much finished

Measure them.
Order same size spring from Eibach/Swift/Hyperco.
Install.
Done.

rule of thumb is 2 up or 2 down from the spring that the coilovers came with unless you get them specifically revalved. Lets say your coils came with an 8kg/6kg setup. You can go up to 10/8 or as low as 6/4 on that current dampening.
