Yeah they bought them back in 2006 and shut down Latrobe. Blue Moon has always been a Coors product.

eh, i still like them. i dont like any of the main line from coors/miller/busch though. bud select and miller high life is ok in a pinch, but the store has to be out of everything else i like before i go that route.

rolling rock tastes like a banana split sometimes, its the strangest thing

I'll be the first to admit, that Miller High Life is a fantastic summer beer. Sure there are craft alternatives (Sunshine Pils, Prima Pils etc etc...any of the PA Pilsners)...but at 15 a case vs 40....even I sometimes cave in.

Ever since they stopped using PA water it's been downhill

I can relate. The American Macro companies beers I tend to drink are: Miller High Life, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and anything from Yuengling (Porter, Black N' Tan, Lager, etc).

I'm lucky enough to have a store around here that sells the Dogfish 120 IPA (2008 brew) and I love those things. I tend to drink them quite slowly and enjoy the hop kick but it's usually a once in a while thing. I like Pilsners, Lagers, Ales, and Stouts of all forms but I do get on a hop kick and get some IPAs.

Sam Adams Lattitude 48 IPA isn't half bad. A friend brought one to me the other day.

I honestly wish I could find Old Rasputin much closer to me since that's a stout I absolutely love.

Tis why I usually go to Hoegaarden when I'm craving a Belgian White.

Blue Moon is tasty and in higher quantity so I break down and buy it here and there.
