KA24DE not getting fuel.

I just did a 5 speed swap in my 91 240 and for some reason its not getting fuel. I checked the relays and they look fine. I took the fuel pump out and hard wired it to the battery and it worked fine. I don't think it's the ecu because I just bought a new one.

Could it be that a relay is grounding out somewhere?

I turn the key to the on position and have someone listen to see if the fuel pump kicks on and it doesn't.

I took off the hose that goes to the fuel rail and cranked it to see if fuel came out and no.

Does anyone have any insight or a simple solution?

Should I replace the relays?

Thanks.

I checked the EGI fuse located in the engine bay, found out it was blown and as i soon as it was replaced the fuel pump came on.I also had a fuel question...Note that this is random at times but the car is shaking really bad and almost no power. When i accelerate it stays at stoichiometric when it normally runs rich under accelerating, so i'm thinking afuel issue of some sort.Any insight people?

I guess it happens a lot with the s13. I didn't get the answers I wanted so I just did a 12 volt mod and hardwired and switch straight to the fuel pump and battery.

Yeah. Its also a really good anti theft device. But if you don't wanna do that check to see if its groudning out somewhere. That had to be the reason cause my fuel pumped worked and the relay kicked.
