That would be my ideal mmorpg.
I really wish someone would make one set in the Middle Ages or WWII Europe or such. With no magic or made up creatures or any such thing, just adventuring in a scenic/interesting setting.
And the experience system could be similar to Fallout (even though it is from 1997, Fallout had the best rpg leveling system devised so far in my opinion), where instead of leveling the player can only hone their skills and learn new ones, slowly improving at survival, using various weapons, first aid, and such, instead of gaining strength and agility to the point where a higher level character can kill a lower level with one hit while the lower level can beat on him for an hour and do barely any damage.
